- Developed a marketing strategy by sponsoring performances of artists
- Solid XS had over 50% market share across 30 cities in China; $20m in annual sales
- Global economic downturn forced a massive staff layoff ; sold the company for over US$15m to a rival
- A founding Partner in DRG CIN Energy and Global DRG Capital with more than US$3bn in trading facilities.
- Started Bakrie Delano Africa in 2011
- Returned to Nigeria in April 2012 with the aim of providing jobs and helping youth develop.
